ODE D&I ambassadeurs
The D&I Ambassadors from Business Unit Industry at TNO, received the ODE, the Limitless Thinker Award, for undertaking wonderful initiatives within the unit Industry to draw attention to and continuously keep focus on Diversity and Inclusion.
Colleague Christa Hooijer, Director of science in the unit Industry, nominated the D&I ambassadors.
Christa: “The Ambassadors Diversity and Inclusion undertake wonderful initiatives within the unit Industry to draw attention to and continuously keep focus on Diversity and Inclusion. The pleasant manner in which they operate is noteworthy just as the inclusiveness of the subjects they propose.“
Fieke van den Bruele and Ewa Kadziolka gave their reaction on behalf of the D&I ambassador group:
“I was pleasantly surprised that the D&I ambassador group received the “Onbeperkte Denkers” (Unlimited Thinkers) award. This shows that the work we’re doing for Diversity and Inclusion at TNO is important, visible, and appreciated.” Fieke

De Ambassadeurs D&I van Business Unit Industrie van TNO ontvingen de ODE, de Onbeperkte Denkers Erkenning, voor het ondernemen van mooie initiatieven in de unit Industrie om Diversiteit en Inclusie continu onder de aandacht te brengen.
Collega Christa Hooijer, Director of science van de unit Industrie, nomineerde de D&I ambassadeurs.
Christa: “De Ambassadeurs Diversiteit en Inclusie ondernemen allerlei mooie initiatieven in de unit Industrie om Diversiteit en Inclusie telkens weer onder de aandacht te brengen. Ze doen dit op een prettige manier en zijn ook inclusief in de diversiteit van onderwerpen die ze daarbij aandragen.“

“Ik was aangenaam verrast dat de D&I ambassadeurs groep de ODE kreeg uitgereikt. Dit laat zien dat onze inspanningen voor Diversiteit en Inclusie bij TNO belangrijk, zichtbaar en gewaardeerd wordt.” Fieke
